Anyone interested in wheel lights?

They recently came out with a full wheel light.
I was going to pinstripe my wheels with a reflective tape and tape over these lights, because they are actually two very thin wires with bulbs every couple inches or so.
They are originally surrounded by plastic tubing in order to waterproof it, but I'm taking that off so I can have just the bare wires.
