Anyone know how to remove ArmorAll?

I have Simple Green, I have degreaser, I have soap and water. I even have denatured alcohol.

Think I'll start off gentle and work my way up to the hard stuff if I need to. Sure looks nice now though. I may leave it a while.

Be careful what you put on the plastic to clean it off. It may stain or fade even quicker depending what kind of chemical you put on it....

I hate to see another thread with "WTF happened to my inners"... :(

Just use a good cleaner wax and you'll be fine Myth....it'll take the armor-all off, remove any stains or swirling, and leave an awesome wax job behind  You can also follow it up with a high quality wax if you want :beerchug: I use some stuff called Fast Wax. Comes in an aerosol can, I spray it on a damp microber, and clean and polish all at once  Good stuff :beerchug:

It's ArmorAll not nuclear waste, just wash the crap off.

Thanks for the advise. Forget the alcohol. Cleaner wax sounds good to me.

Dude,, ,a good car washing soap with mildly warm to hot-ish water and a white terry towel will take that off. Don't make a big deal out of it. Enough soap will cut through it.

Orrrr,,, just spray the holy hell out of it with Protect-All!

Never had a problem with ArmorAll before on cars, bikes, whatever. Just re-apply every few months and it will keep looking good.

Well good for you! That sh!t helped put a vertical crack on my 1968 SS/RS's dash. That wasn't fun at all! And, before that happened,,, I was loyal to it just like you!

Years ago a friend put it on his seat to make it look good, then he and the wife went for a ride. First stop sign they both ended up on the tank, took him 2 hours of soap and water to get it off enough that he could stay on the seat  I think they make a type that is OK for plastic now, won't crack it.

I have heard tell that Spam jelly will take it off and leave a nice smooth surface and keep the bugs from sticking to it for about 4 years! Just something I heard.:rofl::poke::whistle:
