Anyone on here an electrician.... HELP

Well as the consequence of a mistake can be pretty bad at this point, I would someone locally with a bit more knowledge of wiring as covers and outlets are going to need to come off and be checked.. Just not worth getting hurt, or starting a fire to save a few bucks...

what does not make sense is that you "tested" the GFCI units and I do not think they will test correctly on a dead circuit.. if there is no power, they will not "pop" perhaps you have a bad unit (I have to wire my aquariums for GFCI and often run a new circuit for them as they can pull an easy 10-15 amps)

i just double checked all the black wires going into each breaker. have the little 2 wire tester took one to the ground block down bottom then touched each black wire going into the breakers and the little light lit up bright. I have double checked behind each of the outlets and everything is tight there must be something somewhere i am overlooking in the house i have checked the GFI in the bathroom and kitchen they are both good. There is one working outlet in my kids room which also runs off of the light switch i am assuming may be on a diffrent circut because it is still working. Much as the one Outlet in my bedroom also work off of the light switch which i have checked as well.

I would start there inspect the wiring, the other outlets may be daisy chained together, so one loose wire will affect the others.
Series-Parallel circuit arrangement in home electrical installations makes this scenario impossible.
You lost me on this one, please explain. That is how most houses are wired, at least around here.
Just wanted to see who was paying attention.

the ground faults are in bathrrom and kitchen. This is not where my issue is... my issue is located in my living room celing fan, outlets in my kids bedroom and all power in my bedroom. not where the GFI's are located.

Bogus i replaced all the outlets in both rooms with brand new outlets today . And all wires were done at the screws not the quick snap things on the back of outlets. yah im gonna call someone tommorow. Will keep everyone posted hopefully its something stupid and an easy quick fix.

Food for thought:
Do you have any reason to suspect that a Domestic Intelligence service may be monitoring your activities?
Do you have any contact with people in countries unfriendly to the US?

Turn the switch in the on position...

All seriousness... you are going to keep us posted on what the root cause was determined to be right, don't forget to keep track of cost, man hours you spent... We need a full report, so we know how much beer to drink in your behalf...

Okay now for something more likely.
How long have you owned your home? Did the previous owners mention installing light timers in the house because of frequent travel? There may be some type of circuit interrupt device inline that has failed and you wouldn't think to check it because you didn't know it was installed. Think about the the ceiling fan with lights as well as bedroom circuits to possibly control time on and time off. Just a guess.
Do you have an attic? If so have you looked up there?

I think something went wrong in the "Matrix"... I'm sure the will correct the code shortly...

That is pretty scary seeing a white wire used as a hot. (4 one down on the right)
It is fairly rare but usually they have it marked with black (or another color) tape when doing that.

ok read to unplug everything and retset saying its an ope neutral.
An open neutral connection = no power, a loose neutral connection = low voltage. You have an open neutral (white wire) somewhere in your circuit; a receptacle, light switch, ceiling light or bad GFCI are possible culprits. I'm suspecting your ceiling fan since it was running prior to your problem.

Remember a miliamp will stop your heart.

these things are usually something simple. Like James said it is more than likely loose wire or tripped something. It could be a dead breaker but it looks too new for that.

You may have already done this...but if you know which breaker DOES feed those outlets, turn it off and see IF any other outlets STOP working...then you will know if its the whole run or a break in it somewhere. if it is broke somewhere like at one of the outlets than THAT outlet OR switch is to blame.

My last house had the outside outlets wired in to the Living room circuit. Havy you checked your exterior outlets to see if anything could have shorted them so the breaker will not reset if it has been tripped??

That white wire is one leg of a 220V circuit. You can see the two pole breaker attached via a small rod through both throws. What concerns me is the top right breaker that seems to have two wires attached to it. That is called double-lugging (having two circuits attached to one breaker). If that's the case, one of them needs to be installed to an unused breaker. I didn't look closely enough at the panel to determine if you have spares but if not that will be a whole other issue.
Concerning your sudden loss of power to what seems to be a partial circuit (giving the fact that all breakers have 120V at the termination screw)usually a hot leg or neutral will come loose in a box or on the device itself. It seems no work or changes were made prior to the loss of power so that will lend itself to a connection failing. If you can determine which breaker controls that circuit you can turn it off. Locate the devices that worked before and your culprit will likely be in one of those outlets or switch boxes. That might sound confusing but I will be happy to explain in detail. Feel free to call me on my cell if you have any questions. I will PM you the number.

guys is meeting me here in about 30 mins hopefully he finds something... had to leave work early to let him in if i have to leave i have to have my brother come sit here while he goes through ill keep everyone posted tho.
