Anyone running the R55 yet?

I will get a sound clip soon. Not to loud at idle but at higher RPM's gives that 1300 Grunt. Again could not be happier with this exhaust.

I don't really want to admit this, but what the hell. If you look close at the picture there is an insert installed the exhaust. Well lets just say it sounds 10X's better even though I thought it sound good before Yes, I am a dumb ass:moon:

Looks good

Who makes the sliders and smoked front signals you are using?

post the exhaust sound clip when you get a chance.

Here it is. Took about 3 1/2 Hours to remove, install and button up.

One word: badass.

The exhaust set up has "motogp" look to it and I like it. How well did the headers mate to your motor? Do you use PCIII? If so, what map did you use to tune it?

Perfect Fit. o2 sensor plug in no problems, mounting perfect. No PC at this point. Idle is same as stock as well as throttle response. I will be ordering a power commander and air filter in the near future. My co workers (3) with Suzuki 1k's are amazed of the sound difference vs. there 1 K's.

The front signals are the Clear Alternatives. Rear lights are the Hotbodies and the sliders are from street bikes unlimited. I did have to cut the fairings. I found its better to start with a 1 1/4 hole vs the 2" plus I've seen in other posts then drimmel to meet pefect fit. It might just be the base of my sliders are not as big.

tried you tube as well. either it takes a long time to dowmload or upload, or it isn't going to work sort of thing. i got magix movie 14 plus coming soon (software) and it has a you tube function. which i presume means, the program will be transferred to you tube auto'lly.

Any advantages to ceramic coating the whole pipe versus just the muffler portion?

Yeah it will lower the temps around the headers and eliminate the need for wrap. A lot of guys say it lowers the bike temp around 10-15 degrees, I personaly have no proof of that claim, but it sound reasonable to me.
