Are we getting bored with the busa?

I just wish the weather would change so I could go out for ride.
Haven't been out since November it's always raining.:banghead:

I'm never bored with the bike. If anything, I love her more each day.

I think it's just that there is a search button on the board. Just about everything about the bike/for the bike has already been discussed. What's to say that hasn't already been said? This is why I lurk in the shaddows 90% of the time.

It's like having a discussion about ways to tie your shoes, evenetually you run out of stuff to say.

Very true.

I can only speak for myself but I'm far from bored with my busa. I find myself running out of xtra funds to do the things I want to do with it so i buy what I can when I can. Little by little I am constantly upgrading, reading, and planning for the next step in my conquest for the ultimate busa for me. How can you get bored with a bike like this? No matter your riding style the busa is the perfect canvas to paint your riding masterpiece :race:

Never (well not again anyway) twice I thought I had done with Busa's and sold, now I'm on my third one and God willing, I will never part with her.

Best regards Stretch

Edit, "A Busa's for life not just for Christmas".

MONEY, Everything seems to cost to much, the speeding tickets the worst, I just can,t ride slow very long. A turbo would have me walking in short order.

i don't get bored of riding, i might get bored of the bike but with few mods i get back at it..when i am done with all that then i get something else.. i am not a diehard loyal suzuki brand person,i buy what i like and what it pleases me..

Only mod I've done is Yosh R77 Carbon slip-ons. Plan to do header, flash and tune and that's it. Bike is great as is and will do the other mods when I have the money. As a DoD civilian and the threat of sequester looms I'm not buying anything right now except tires and brake shoes.

No boredom here, lots of cold bad motorcycling weather. Today I had the pleasure of chipping through 6" of frost to turn off some poor houses water. Did you know that if there's no heat in the house in MI the basement will become a swimming pool?

I do have some work planned for the bike, first we're moving, then new brake lines and pull my guages and get my odometer fixed.

Willie for me personally I finally have the bike where I want her... The mods are done for now, just time is all I lack... The stories on the forum will come with good weather the rides, the trips, the pictures, it all happens with the weather and funding. Shawn mentioned it in his thread right off, I don't think the love is gone at all but over the past few years the money and time have been... I am personally looking for more seat time this year and not just riding locally but going at least 500 miles away on each trip...

Is it warm yet?

I'm not bored at all. I am doing a super ultra build with a motec, and I have a 2013 limited on order..... I don't call 650rwhp boring..... just saying..

Last fall I was getting pretty bored with riding on the street period, so I parked the Busa sometime back in September and went completely dirt. I'll see how it goes in another month or so when the weather warms a bit. If I can't come up with some people to ride with once in a while, I may sell it and stay with the dirt bikes. Always people to ride with and fun times to be had in the woods and on the MX tracks.
Beautiful roads and all here, just in the last year I've gotten tired of riding them by myself all the time.

well I have some bad arse pictures and a whole thread typed just waiting on admin approval, that I am sure you guys would love to read. that is if anyone knows a admin to go and approve it for me because I still have more pics and info that would not fit ...........

If you are bored with a Hayabusa, you would be bored with a Corvette or Caterham or Porsche or Viper. One must look inward to dampen boredom grasshopper.
