Rich, this is very cool. It will be great to have you and WAG join us. I'm going to have to take a look at the routes and make sure you guys get the most bang for your buck. Some of the roads will be fast, some will be scenic, but all will be fun. I'll get some definate routes posted up this weekend.... Also, sadly, there is a large police presence in some of the areas we'll be riding in...

Mrs. roadthing is a strong possibility on the October run, so there's another bike in the group

I don't want to sound pessimistic, but if the group gets any larger, I would suggest we break into two groups with a 5 minute lag. I am only suggesting this because as you know DPS does not like sport-bikes, no matter how we behave on the road. Because of all the squidly behavior by some, we are all being targeted.

It's funny how the Harley riding tools that make up those rolling roadblocks don't get harassed though. Thirty to forty slow-moving rattle-traps making stupid amounts of noise as they back up traffic for miles. They ignore the traffic laws, exercise poor road manners, and the cops don't seem to mind??? I'm already dreading the next AZ Bike Week

I'm looking forward to meeting the AZ members and the out of staters too. That is pretty hardcore to be riding from Ca, and Nm. sometime I would like to start making weekend trips like that.
