Because the shop fugged something up. They either have your exhaust barely on the bike, or a vacuum line off/missing/connected wrong, or vacuum plug off the throttle bodies or loose throttle bodies or??? More than likely your marble mod is just hiding their screw-up and it will come back later to haunt you

I have this problem also. I have a full exhaust, and my pair valve is removed, and maped. But if I chop the throttle off on decel, as soon as it hit's 2500 rpm., PO POP !!!!!!!!!!! I'm want to take it to GPW, and see if maybe it's the map ? But god does this thing run GREAT other than that, and the jerky - jerky under 2500 rpm's ?
