I say just call and resolve the issue. The customer service is always great when I call and I have ordered from them before and didnt have any problems.
I'm not surprised they didn't respond during the holidays. I'd wait a few days. If you don't hear from them by wednesday, give a call. I'm sure there is no problem.
Josh from Ball Z's emailed me back today. He said that he thinks one of his employees left it out by mistake. He will contact me tomorrow and let me know what happen. So far it's just as everyone said, great customer service.
They got back with me first thing this morning. They sent it out and it should arrive on Wed. They never really explained what happen, just made it right. They gave me a store credit that is good for the next 60 days for the trouble. I'm very pleased at the way they handled it and wouldn't hesitate and order from them again
