what kind of setup are you running.
stock filter is the bomb, but if you want an aftermarket then go for it.
I'm running a pipercross myself. so far so good. I still have the stock just incase.

I'd say it's all about preference after that. the pipercross comes with a life time warranty

I have a Piper Cross Race, but you can't beat stock.

we picked a big portion of our parts based on "contingency fees"bmc if u wanna feel a diff. bmc isnt used in formula 1 for no reason..
pay us to win with your parts is always the best
(BTW, a lot of times what the decal says, is not what is really installed, dirty little secret from racing)

Stock is pretty dang good.
I have a BMC Race filter with small airbox mod that were done at the same time. I did notice a beautiful engine roar increase under load.

Im in the process of purchasing an exhaust for my 08 Busa. Im leaning towards the VooDoo shorty exhaust. They just look really nice and they sound pretty good aswell. Im not trying to get any real hp gains out of this but my question is... is it necessary for me to replace the stock air filter if i change the pipes. My whole life wether it be car, bike, atv, dirtbike, if i changed the pipes I changed the filter. Iv read alot of posts on here and im getting mixed vibes so im asking you guys what do you think? and which filter would you recommend, also would I need a power commander if i change the filter and pipe?

time for the air filter now. anyone know what the best one is k and n . bmc.

Oh no not this question again. All three and the stocker are great for your application.
