BEST EXHAUST SYSTEM?

You don't make it fit, it just fits. You don't use the O2 sensor anyways unless you get the Woolich auto tune and if you do then you'll wish you had a gen2 exhaust.
Moore said it had to be spaced up front to clear radiator or something, also at the time it was so backordered… I’m happy with mine.

I really like the way Brocks sounds but I love how dual exhaust looks more. If Brocks would make a Gen3 dual setup I'd buy that but for now I'll stick with my little M4 slip ons :( At this point I'd be happy with a really nice header to run out to the M4's.

Gotta be Brock’s penta carbon single exhaust. The dealership local to me dealer installs them before putting them on the showroom floor lol. So u buy a new bike already with a full exhaust system on it haha. And they let me start one up and it sounds amazing.

looks like ill be getting the black widows, both the slipons and the header. may as well. i paid a ton of money for the exhaust on my R1M, not doing that again =D

ive been looking at that hepta force ALOT. where did you get yours? it seems a bit bothersome to actually order one.. and what needed adapting, exactly? since thats supposed to be a slipon..
They both came with bike , thyre yoshimura Japan ( slip ons) , I bought off yoshimura RD USA the mid pipe of the discontinued gen2 full system which came with the R77 muffler. Using 1 hepta force muffler I trimmed off the mid pipe that comes with the slip ons about 90mm ( the end which slides into muffler and trimmed off same distance off gen2 mid pipe and welded the off cut to the midpipe so the mid pipe technically fits perfectly ( Japanese and American yoshimura mufflers have slightly different internal diameters) .nothing is impossible if you know what to do

interesting. then it just sounds like the thing which is different between the us and .jp products is the diameter of the short link pipe section which connects the muffler to the headers. either way sounds like no real problem if someone just buys everything fresh and new for a 3rd gen instead of using some 2nd gen stuff.

my current plan is buy black widow slipons, then later the black widow headers, then later the heptaforce yosh slipons to replace the black widow slipons.

The yoshimura system I bought through my old job was for the 2021 > gen3 hayabusa, it comes with the AT2 muffler and subsequent mid pipe , the mid pipe off the old gen2 system is longer . I sold off the AT2 muffler and mid pipe to mate , he's got them in his GSXR1000R, perfect match . The Hepta muffler not unlike the old R77 looks more suited to the busa

If you want to keep the dual cans you can go a couple of ways. Buy a set of whatever slip-ons you want. Yoshi, M4, Black Widow, Max Torque Cans etc. Then you have two options for a header. Black Widow and Max Torque Cans both make catless headers that will fit with your existing slip-ons.

For me . The busa is hardest bike to get perfect exhaust cans for lol. My favorite exhaust is the Racefit growler but they don’t make it for the Gen3.

Hi. My exhaust for my 1999 busa. I have a street pipe 1st 2 pics and a race pipe last 2. Then 2 pics of the header. The pipes are made of Inconel. Last pic is the exhause on my2002 busa.
