Best Hooking Street Tire

Hey Brocky, what kind of short times were you getting in g-ville? and were you useing the "Micky T"?

No, I don't think theres going to be any "one person show" in the Streetbike Shootout" class this year?

The one that grabs the #1 plate by years end, is really going to have to have it all together through out the year, this year.

There are many contenders!

Frank,
1.35 60 ft's with the new Mickey.

The 1/8 mile was 5.26 at 143mph. That is definately the quickest ever. They don't count 1/8 mile records anywhere but Indy. The current record is 5.32 by Keith on his 8.14 pass that he beat me with in 99. I ran a 8.21 and lost!

This class is awsome and getting better at every race.

1.35 60ft's! thats just what I wanted to hear!

I remember that race in Indy....

Who would of thought a 8.21(back then) would have lost you the race?

Now it looks like a 8.11 may not even win a race?

Is anyone offering anything special to the first bike to reach the 7's?

It could get real serious!?!?

Yeah, and I hear there is this new guy out west... some place called Next Level Racing. Supposedly building an amped turbo-a-busa! Hmmm......

I have tried every tire/rim combination that I could find! Even one-offs from other manufacturers, rain slicks, european compounds....etc. The new Mickey crushes them all.

The MT is the only purpose built tire for drag racing streetbikes.

I Rode a Busa with an 8" extended swingarm, 16 tooth front sprocket....and the new race compound Micky/T.

I was rolling along about 3,000rpm and just pinned the throttle wide open in 1st gear, and the tire never spun at all!

And the tire had 25pds of air also...!

I heard a sad rumor that Micky/T was not going to make any more of thses tires untill they sell the 500 left of the old street compound tires?!

Anyone know where there is one to found let Me know?

Thanks
