I won't use anything in my engine other than Royal Purple...It is the best synthetic made on the planet...and it ain't cheap...Many proracers use it...some people even use it in their racing trannies...But Silkolene, Mobil 1, Amsol....are all good products and you won't come to any harm...I never push my motor too hard...unless it is a track day and then I let the kitty morph to tigress...and the oil gets changed within a couple of days...
keep in mind that motorcycles really rev higher..and the nature of biker's needs to acclerate cause alot of stress in the engine...don't buy cheap oil....EVER!!! 2hip
