They fell great getting them where you like them. They do have a more direct feeling without the rubber pads, but you get used to them quickly.I've been wanting to do this to mine! I'm on the taller side and feel like I could use the pegs to be just a little lower. How does it feel when riding? I love the rubber pegs and I'm worried by switching them out I would be upset and lose riding comfort without the rubber pad
Here you have more to win than to loose by positioning your feet lower in the oem position, lower to the back or lower to the front and yes sorry to let you know you sure loose the rubber comfort. If you ask me i prefer loosing more weight and the lower position vs the rubber under the feet.
