Best price on a NEW GEN II

I just picked up my white 09 for $11,984.32 OTD.:thumbsup: Here's the break down: base price= $10,685.00, set up= $285.00, freight= $315.00, documentation= $139.50, tax= $559.82 which comes to the grand total of $11,984.32 out the door.:beerchug:

If I can ask

set up= $285.00?
freight= $315.00?
documentation= $139.50,

Why is the Dealer passing on the cost to you.

The dealer don't pay for this when they buy the bike from the factory?

Guys, I spoke with my personal sponsor Honda East Toledo. A place where I have personally purchased (5) bikes which were shipped directly to me unseen without any issues. I asked for a good deal for our forum members here. As a sponsor I highly recommend them to you!

AS OF AUG 1ST....THEY HAVE TO COLLECT TAX FROM THE FOLLOWING STATES OTHERWISE OUT THE DOOR MEANS OUT THE DOOR!

You still looking for one, cuss we got a white one on the floor.

What's a good price OTD to ask for for a 09 these days? Just wondering if anyone has bought one recently. :laugh:

Just paid 11,700 OTD in Milwaukee, WI for an 08 b/o. Could have gotten a blue or grey for 1K less. They have to go to NC to pick up the bike. Oh well, my fav color is worth an extra 1K.

H. E. must be hurting. ~$10,500 was best i could find around the Milwaukee area on an 08 busa at Coarse Superbike. No b/o. 09s more like $12K.

Had my eye on the 08 ZX-10 earlier this summer, any color, 9000 OTD. Just wasn't the bike I had dreamed about. Very cool though.

I am a new member, I have been riding bikes since 1983, and I am looking to purchase a new black & orange 2008 Hayabusa. Does anyone know where I can find one at the best price? I am willing to travel for the best price.

Just to give you an idea, DLG, my dealer in Milwaukee, WI found the closest one in NC. You will be looking pretty hard for a new b/o...but I hope you find one. The 09 blacks are beautiful. Saw one in person. If you go with an 09, I'd wait 'til winter for best deals. I really think prices on bikes are going to stay high after this winter. They just aren't going to make as many cuz peeps ain't buying. Low volume high price is how it works, even in a crap economy. Buy it soon!

Thanks Mythos for your information. I spent my entire morning searching the Internet, and making phone calls trying to locate a reasonable priced orange & black 2008 Hayabusa…I found seven. The best price that I’ve found so far is $11,062.00 OTD. Does anyone know where I can get a better deal? I am willing to travel to pick it up; any assistance will be greatly appreciated. I priced this bike about six months ago, and it was about a grand cheaper.:please:

I would just buy it! Everyone wants b/o and the stealers know that. They will keep the price up a thousand over the other 08 colors. You could just buy a lower priced blue or grey and get b/o fairings. I thought about it but that makes the total cost the same and I guess I don't really want two sets of fairings laying around when i have two bikes already.

Can anyone tell DLG where in the continental USA he can get an 08 b/o under $11K OTD????????

I have a blk/org '08 Hayabusa I bought at the beginning of the summer. It only has 400 miles on it. I work alot and never get a chance to ride and really don't have the urge anymore. Its not forsale, but if someone brought me $10k, they could have it. It doesn't have a scratch on it, nothing has been added or taken off; not even the warning stickers. Title in hand. A buddy of mine just picked up an 09 for 12,500 OTD.....That price was after going back & forth between two stealerships..They originally said 13,500:moon:

There are many 2008 Hayabusa motorcycles still out there, you just have to look for them. I recently sealed a deal on an 08 that I had been contemplating for awhile. Many “stealers” dealers tried to get me to settle on a bike that I did not want, but I refused to settle. Contact Scott Johnson of Honda East Toledo (877) 237 – 1631, Ext. 45, and he may be able to help you. He assisted me in getting the bike that I wanted rather than just trying to make a sell. Scott is very customer service oriented, and he will assist you the best that he can. Good luck…happy hunting!!!
