i posted this once before an you guys pointed me in the right direction but i cant get it to the shop for another week.i have an o5 stock busa with only 433 miles on it . i do have a full muzzy on it but it keeps falling on its face around 6500-8500rpms. its running rich for some reason.i bought it about 3 months ago an it only had 39 miles on it the owner had no time for it so it sat in his garage an he claims he would start it up from time to time.it acts up after riding it for about 15 min. an it will get worse unless i shut it off an wait a couple minutes.the guy that did look at it said something about the bike starts on a warm up mode an then switches to regular drive mode.thats when it acts up it makes sence but what do i need.do you guys know if this is a censor or what else would make it run better if i shut it off for a coulpe of minutes it will run all out for about 5 or so minutes. i just changed the oil and the plugs.the plugs looked fine but u never know. i ran it after the work an the same thing happend it gets worse if i keep shutting it on an off to the point it just bucks so bad i cant ride at all.any clues?

Bite the bullit and take it to the shop so you can ride it like it was made to be riden. Too hard to diag. without being able to check out things and test 1st hand. JMHO.

I know you don't want to here that, but it will be the quickest way to get it fixed. If what they charge you for doesn't fix it, they will have to keep on working on it until it's right, and at no extra charge if they missdiagnosed it. Not that the guys here at the org are smart and very helpful at this point.....Just take it to the pros

More than likely it is a "lean" issue not a "rich" issue.. A more efficient pipe will normally create a "fresher" A/F mixture and with a FI bike, that means more fuel is needed.... The "sensor" you are speaking about is a coolant sensor and I doubt it has anything to do with your problem other than providing a slightly richer mixture when the motor is cool..

FIX: Power commander or like device and some MAP tuning

In a funny twist, many carburated motors need a "leaner" jet...

do you think a full muzzy would make this happen. do you think my answer is a pc111usb? that sensor you said would that let my bike run good than stumble around.why when i turn it off an than back on its ok for a while?
