well see on some of these cases brings on ethics to all. i mean they write the rules and laws so help protect us and seve us. courts don't need to decide this is wrong. ANY authority should say, "discussing these things publicaly in our school is INNAPROPRIATE and will stop immediately" and that authority should be respected.

I live in America where the "Seperation of church and state" is defined to KEEP GOVERNMENT out of religion. takes care of THAT question.

The people that run the school can censor whatever they like. They run it.

I'm not sure what all the rest of the quotes are about... I don't bother getting caught up in convoluted silliness. Are certain topics INAPPROPRIATE at school? Yes. Respecting rules and authority is the correct response.

A good healthy discussion never hurt anyone..not my feelings anyway. To bad the kid lost, and as far as the separation of church and state. Keep the government out of religion and conversely keep religion out of our government.
