Brock's brand new exhaust system....

How does the price compare to a Akrapovic system over in the US?

Looks like a nice exhaust and could be the answer to those of us who want to do track days in the UK but cant get under the noise regs...

Anyone sell this stuff in the UK?

Cheers,

Jza

"LOOK what it's made of!
TITANIUM is not cheap by no means!"

A Ti 4-2-1-2 full exhaust system from Ti Force can be had for less than $1400. I really like the looks of the new Brocks exhaust but I cannot justify spending that kind of money.

I'm looking for a full system with dual cans this year for a 2009. If Brocks prices come more into line with Ti Force I would definitely go with Brocks.

Brock's exhaust systems have a very good following. Since it's a full Ti system with dual cans I can see why the price is so high. I'm sure there are more than a few people who will drop the coin for this system. I think the systems price is a little high during these troubled times. I think when I bought my Akra Ti system way back when in 2003 it was probably around 1800. so 6 years forward in time I could see >2k for a full Ti system. What's the current price on a full Ti Akra system?

The price might be just a tad high but if you look at other TITANIUM DUAL-FULL SYSTEM exhausts, it really isn't much more (maybe $100). Not to mention you get all the customer support, FREE maps, and everything else with BROCK. You don't get any of that with any of the other manufacturers.

Heck, Akropovic wants $900-1,100 for slip-on ONLY mufflers for the Gen-II BUSA. A full system STAINLESS NOT titanium is $2,000 retail for the Gen-I (can't find Gen-II prices). The only other company that I'm aware of that sells a dual system is Ti-Force and it appears they have/are going out of business... :(

Actually they look similiar to the motorcross company making sport exhaust! I couldn't find the thread on the subject and they are cheaper!!!!! 2K for exhaust, whatever I'm trying to pay my mortgage!!

after 30 years of racing and owning repair shops? it is really RARE to get something for nothing.. on the other hand, you normally get what you pay for... Not vouching for brocks (they are on my list of manufactures that probably hurt the sport bike image by selling obnoxious loud stuff for street bikes) but it is possible they did their homework and this system is worth every penny.... if they did.. :)

Missed the full system thingy, but I only paid 1K for my full Brocks Short Meg installed with PCIII. I think I could diet and drop the weight savings way cheaper...

it cant be too much lighter than my street meg. that thing only wieghs like 8.9 pounds....for the entire system. when i recieved the boxes i thought they were empty...:cheerleader: i just dont want to bump my header on anything as they are only
.028" thick. ive bored my banshee more than that...
