Brocks Clutch Mod

Has anyone used brocks clutch mod? What kind of feel did you get from the clutch after it was installed? Still getting a slight engagement problem! Not smooth like it should be.

I have installed 4 of them.
Make sure your steel plates are not warped or have hot spots.
make sure you red loctite your studs and bolts
I have put the spacers unders the springs and use a torque wrench in a crisscross pattern.
soak your plates in clean oil over night before installing them
make sure your clutch fluid is clean I have been flushing mine every 1500 miles starts getting dark

BE SURE TO CHECK THE INNER CLUTCH HUB,THE GROOVES THE STEELS SLIDE BACK AND FORTH ON MAY HAVE INDENTION'S IN THE HUB.IF THE STEELS CAN'T SLIDE SMOOTHLY,IT WILL FEEL GRABY.COST IS 70.00 BUCKS.

What are the torque setting for the various bolts? Centre hub, diaphram bolts etc.

I hope the Brock mod comes with fitting instructions!

My Brock mod arrived today, thanks very much Charles from Cyclestuff for a sterling service, I wish companies in the UK treated customers as as well as I have been treated by Charles that's how to earn return custom!

All I have to do now is wait for the garage to get amore than a little above freezing to fit it!
