PP the BT14 is a dual compound tire and is not as sticky the the Mich .

Straights, corners, I don't think it matters. As to the differences, I too am partial to the Powers but I read in SportRider that the BT014 are just as good as all-round performance tires.

+1 ive gone thru 2 pair of bt14's and love them.. between hittn the twisties and the strip i average about 4500 miles out of a rear and 7500 out of the front. great tire.
