wow, you got yours all the way in Australia and I haven't received mine here in the states... :poke: I love supporting the .org but this is rediculous:laugh:

Hang in there it will arrive soon:thumbsup:

its been over a month since I ordered a shirt. I have emailed deanna several times, called the number supplied on my paypal receipt(214-263-6092) no answer, I have PMed her on here. she asked my info to verify, i gave it, now no response... Maybe the shirt got lost somewhere but I paid 34 bucks and am wondering what to do next? I can't get ahold of her or anyone... so does anyone have a suggesstion or am able to contact her?? aussiesuzukirider got his, others have got theirs, I was like the first to order one... where's mine. so, if anyone does hear from Deanna or can get in touch with her that would be great. I don't want the shirt now, just trying to show my support for the .org but I'd rather have a refund.:banghead:

I'm basically in the same boat. I received my shirt but Naomi's has not arrived even though Dee stated that things would get squared away in our last correspondence. I use it, but I'm not that familiar. Will PayPal help us recover our money ?

yeah, there are two steps to that. dispute and claim. i disputed, entering a messege to deanna saying thanks for the opportunity but would like a refund. that was mailed to her from paypal. they will let me know when she responds... if we can't resolve it (im sure we will) i can open a claim, that means paypal will review the case and make a decision, im sure it wont come to that tho. so, owell. i'll definitely still support the .org by going through sponsors first for the things i need, this just got a bit frustrating..

You guys are crazy, you know that I will cover any money that you have out there.. Why in the world would you bring more drama to this forum... I have yet to receive a single message from either of you...

Tell ya what... You send me a copy of your paypal receipt and I will refund your money just to make you happy....

Hows that for customer service...

Doug,

I think things were odd in the early going. I had to make an order for each shirt, and had to write emails about the size desired for the female fitted tee.

If you recall I sent this info to you and you directed me to send it to Dee. I have tried to handle this through Dee, but haven't been able to square it away. The Bash is over, so there's no rush at this time for me, however like any normal person, when I pay for something, I expect to receive it.

I will not expect anything from you Doug. I don't hold you responsible.

Sent you a PM, no drama intended here just trying to get this behind me. Thanks for offering to pay. I have never had to worry about Doug King when it comes to service.

Still waiting on my white shirt as well. I did receive a "FREE" black shirt at the bash from her to compensate me on not getting my white one. So for that thank you.

I'm not bringing any drama here. Tried to support this site and didn't receive what I bought. I didn't think I had to inform u about this matter when I purchased the shirt from her... If u are handling things for her then I'll send a copy of my receipt. I just didn't know what else to do but post in this thread if anyone knew how to get ahold of Deanna since I have called and emailed several times. It's really not a big deal. If I have made waves for anyone I apologize. I feel I have been respectful in what I've said and how I have handled things so if I have offended anyone that wasn't my intention. I enjoy this forum and don't want to cause trouble.

You just joined up brother, but Doug takes a very hands on approach to everything Hayabusa.oRg. He likes to keep things running smooth and goes way out of his way to make sure that members are treated well. Especially by other members or sponsors. Doug's heart is always in the right place.

I try not to bother him or any admin unless it's extremely important and I can't handle it myself. I was trying like you to handle this without bothering Doug. Maybe I should have. I believe Doug takes a personal stake in this, it seems he set this up for those attending the Bash.

My hope is it will all come out well for everyone involved. Just like reimbursing members out of pocket.

I will take the loss before taking cash from sum1 else. I really didn't mean any harm. Just wanted to know what was going on. Guess I'm not the only one havin difficulties. I understand that Doug feels obligated to keep the peace (does a good job IMO) I figured he designed the shirts (awesome design too) but thought all dealings would be thru dee and he would get a royalty for hooking her up with business. So like I said, sorry if things got bent outta shape for i didnt mean any harm and I'll make sure to pm an admin if I ever have a problem / question. All u guys rock and I tell people how this is the best site on the net for anything busa.

Okay folks an update... I spoke with Deanna yesterday and they are in the middle of a move... She has not been online and numbers and things are being transferred Im sure so that is the reason for the lack of communication. She should be back online this weekend or first thing in the week. They are moving the business from one location to another, we can all imagine how hectic that can be.

Please know that the deal that I have set up with Deanna is more than just a sponsor, she is my partner in this so if there are issues I need to know about them too... Don't for a second think that I won't pony up money to cover a need of one of you...
