OK, quick update...
I will be in contact with Flightchick hopefully this weekend to get this thing finalized. Looks like a few have it resolved either by refund or possession of a beautiful oRg shirt. I will as promised keep after this until it is resolved for all party's involved... ks

I'd rather have the shirt ks, I had to do what I had to do. Either way the money is still there.

Guys I have a call into Deanna and I haven't heard back from her in awhile. I will absolutely cover the cost but this is dragging out longer than it should. At any point anyone that didn't get a shirt that wants money back let me know and I will get it to you...

Well I was really looking forward to getting my wife and I these shirts cause they look awesome. I will wait just a bit longer and see what the deal is whether we are going to get them or not. Cap thanks for the update
I sent Deanna an email today giving her two options...
1. Get online and make it right with those she owes money to.
2. I will get an attorney for not only the money she owes me but for the damages done.

I agree with Chris, the design was great looking. I'm sure you can sell a bunch of these items. I'm definitely still down for 2 or 3 of these. I need to replace/refurbish my Org t-shirt supply.
Cap, good luck with your dilemma trying to get funds straightened out.

I worked through paypal and was refunded. If you haven't acted by now, I believe it's too late for them to help.

So what is our next coarse of action seeing we got ripped off from her
I have a meeting with my attorney this week. I have her paypal information, physical address, phone numbers, email addresses and emails with all the details included. I even have her paypal login information she sent me so I could set things up...
I am going to go after the money she stated she was going to send to the site. I can't directly do anything for each of you but you might try paypal, I bet if enough people complain about the same person they might listen...
