BUSA crash

man that is bad it makes you wonder just when your # is up
most of the time its not even your fault all you can do is protect yourself from the elements.

Hey Kevin,
Brockton Cycle Center Advertises in the major bike magazines.
I stopped by there a few weeks ago and got a Fieldsheer perforated 1.4 mm leather jacket for 139 dollars.
It is just right up to about 90 degrees.

timmy awesome info. I've been looking for a decent and somewhat local place. I'm heading there tomorrow afternoon.

Ouch...If he only had is leathers on like he had his helmet! Wear your leather if you have it even if is hot.

I saw that on another website. The article I read said that there were 2 bikes racing. The were estimated between 120 and 150 when the impact occured.

"A witness said that two bikes, both Hayabusa's, passed her while she was out for her morning walk going about 120 MPH.

A car turned in front of one of the bikes and the bike struck the rear quarter panel of the car and the rider flew about 50 yards after impact. The rider is in the hospital in pretty bad shape after being taken by Lifeflight. Unfortunately he has no medical insurance. The other rider was arrested and charged with racing and both guys were issued a fine of $5,000."

Now the real question... Why are you doing something like that on a residential street with many cross streets and a speed limit of 30??

Looks rough on the guy, glad he made to through to learn from it. Makes me feel better about sweating under that textile or leather now.

There is a time and a place for excessive speed... When its in open country and you can see the road is clear. It is never in a 30mph zone! IF he was doing 100mph+ in a 30mph area I'm afraid I've not got any simpathy with him. And I'm suprised any fellow bikers would have either! People like him are giving bikers a bad name and all he will do is bring in legislation to kurb bigger bikes like Hayabusa's and stop people who do know when to use its power. If he wants to be silly enough to ride without protective gear he is will only halm himself. However when he is doing crazy speeds within 30mph zones he is risking more than just his life! I would suggest that gods work would be better spent elsewhere.

man I pray i never get in a crash like that..

thank god for dead cow skins and my intelligence to invest in them, and wear them everytime.
