Busa\'s = Tickets. Any questions class ???

Thanks for the IP blocking advice but you're right, it would be against Free Speech (unless the guy IS using police resources to gather intelligence on people).

I'm just sick of hearing that "officer" alternately threaten the ruination of citizens and the slashing of our bikes in car pounds, then tell us what a charmer he is at the donut shop.

completely off the topic, I just noticed my status changed to senior member :) I feel I have gone up in biker status ! I will have to go out now and do a huge safe wheelie far away from all others so that the only person who could get hurt is me.

Your questions to Falcon are moot. To my knowledge, there ain't no body gonna hire (rent) out a Busa. Why? Because guys like you would rent them and do the double ton going off the parking lot.

Could be wrong here. God knows you can rent a new Porsche 911 Turbo for a few hours or a day in Toronto. I think the most likely possibility would be in L.A., where some fool rented me a KZ900 for the week in 1978.

OK now, back to the original intent...discussing any good resources/tactics related to avoiding tickets, so Falcon can spend more time eating those delectible "pastries with holes" and less time doing booking paperwork.

I am a member in good standing of the "New Jersey Law Enforcement Officers Association" (yes, Falcon, I kid you NOT!). This is the association that state troopers, county prosecutors, etc., belong to. I always wondered what would be the reaction of an officer if I put my shield on the back of my bike ??? I've never seen this done. Falcon ?? What would your reaction be ?

What is the law regarding foreigners speeding in the good ol U.S. of A. I'm due in Denver in October and I'm going to hire a Busa 'cos I'll miss my own one so much back here in Blighty.

Now I drive so fast that when I get off my Bus I'm usually a few minutes younger than when I got on.

What is the law, say if I get caught doing the Double ton on a Freeway in Denver.

Info much appreciated.

ok..ok..truce..Free Rides on NJ roads hmmmm..you may..just may, get a break believe it or not from the NJSP.they have more BS to worry about than a Bike going 140..well maybe not that fast.
And as for the shield on the Bike Question..thats a good idea..just as long as you're a sworn officer and not a wanna be or just a shield that was given to you.

And for foreigners no special treatment just ride sober & within reason and I wont or my brothers in blue whack you.

Lighten up people !! All the professions in this country have bad Apples. Cops being one of the Tops. Most Cops Think they are above the law. thats why I try not to hang with too many of them, Except the good ones. I can only speak for me, the only thing I do wrong is Speed on my Falcon. I even indirectly Pay for my Coffe I get offered for free EVRY Day. I give a nice tip to the cutie behind the counter, So I sleep well At Night.
