Busa vs Lambo Gallardo Turbo

Finally some numbers to justify the claims. 9.1 1/4 mile for the "worlds fastest lambo" vs 9.7 for the busa. We're talking about .6 seconds here folks.

About how many car lengths would that be?

that bike should be an 8 sec bike all day, 9.7 is decent for a stock gen1 but people have been quicker.

You can't really compare what they will run in the 1/4. Heck, a slammed stock wheelbase Busa(ridden correctly) will leave the Lambo for dead off the line. However, from a roll...with the hp that car has(to trap 167mph in the 1/4) would be a much different story. I know of a fella(Sean Walsh, VERY good dragracer) that had a 210 rwhp Busa that ran against a 1250hp Twin Turbo Viper and got left for dead. He said the car pull him like he was on the brakes. He bought the Viper the very next week(lol). He figures it would take around a 350hp Busa to pull that 1550hp Lambo.

a 1500 hp car that runs 9.1 vs a stock busa that runs 9.7. Now up the cc's from 1299 to1441 and add 100 shot of nitrous WITH a GOOD rider. Do the math before you post #'s

honestly i dont know what it was, even though he claims 300+ horsepower. If a stock genII busa is .6 seconds behind that lambo, then what would a 300 horsepower busa be?

Basically just showing that that race with the lambo and the busa was bs, that's all.

We build 300 hp busas day in and day out, watching the tach and speedo as that bike in the vids shifts gears and accelerates, it is definitely not on par with a 300hp turbo bike, you would be shifting almost 3 times as quick as that bike in the vid, something is off, especially considering its a roll on, power to weight ration on both should be really close, so it is doubtful that the Gallardo would pull like that, even though the car is AWD the bike will not be fighting tire spin on a roll on.

That sounds about right, but a 300 hp busa would be fairy equal to a 1500 hp, 3000 lb car.

you are 100 % correct.

Have you measured the time it takes to go from 60 to 130 or 60 to 150 mph?

May be its just me but looking at the bike I see no sign of s turbo and the speedo doesn't seem to show it either. IMO???

anything can be insane if you spend the coin. grant it you have respect for these well built machines. but 1500HP requires more cash then we cost.
