Glad to hear the surgery went well. The fact that he went down and doesnt remember it should be enough to cause anyone to slow down and reevaluate their abilities... i know it would for me!
glad to hear he is doing better but sorry to hear he is completely leaving the sport
make sure he isn't making a knee-jerk reaction to the recent turn of events...i think a lot of us feel that way right after going down but with a little time we get back on and continue to ride
i know what im doing.. its my 10th wrech since ive been riding and the worse yet since i am coming off the broken leg back in september. i dragged hard parts while dragging knee around a corner and the bike got unsettled. its not a lack oof ability lol, its that i need to realize the busa is not my racebike , and the street is not a track. i seem to have a hard time comprehending this apparently, so it would be better to back off and stuff. i may get a cruiser sometime in the future. but im def not doing what ive been doing again .
i hope i can walk normally when its all over
thanks for all the thoughts and prayers everyone. much appreciated. it wasnt a pretty wreck from what im told.
ok...i back you 100% on any decision that looks like it might be saving your life...only you know what your situation is and what actions you need to take...i meant no disrespect by what i said, i have just seen several friends sell their bikes after wrecks and end up wishing they hadn't...here's hoping and praying you come out of this 100%...let us know if there is anything we can do to help you along the way
