Camshaft Bearings, Anyone Replaced Them?

I just ordered a set of "Super stock" cams from Brock's Performance. I'll be installing a set of ceramic bearings on them before I install the cams.

Question: Did you have to apply heat to facilitate getting the sprocket and/or the bearing off the cam? If not, do you think it's worthwhile to do so and would it be helpful, or should I not do that??

I'm a noob and this will be a first for me. I have access to a press at work that I can use. Past that, any other tools that might be helpful?
You can heat the bearings with a heat gun till they're toasty, this will help when you're pressing the gear and bearing off each cam.
You dont want to go more than 100deg C.
I just used the flat blocks that the press came with to support the bearing and gear while pressing the cam end through them.
When you press the new ceramic bearing and gear back on , a little heat would be ok, dont overheat the bearing or gear!
Slowly as it goes is the name of the game here.
Its less force from the press when putting the new bearing and gear on, because you are doing them one at a time, unlike the removal of the old bearing where you press them both off at one time ( you cant get between them )
And be sure to mark the gear position BEFORE pressing the gear OFF in the first place, I dot punched mine to be sure.
