Can somebody design in AutoCad a piece like this?

Best thing to do is take the bike to the fab shop and let them see it, measure it and imagine it in their mind. That way they can fab up the perfect fit part. They will have the bike there so if they need to bend a little more they can do it, walk over and test fit and bend some more if needed.

what for the drawing?

get some round and bend it yourself - the welder must be a professional in tig - then it´s not THE big problem to rebuild.

I need the dwg for a shop to make it.

But for the moment, I will probably go for the DME Racing hanger exhaust.

Just spoke with dme, ordered one. You have to specify in the comments it's for a gen 3

Do you know if it comes with this?

Otherwise you cannot correctly mount the tail fairing.

And you also need it for the other side if you remove passenger pegs.

That rubber grommet will push out of the stock mount, and into the hole on a correctly made aftermarket mount.
And back into the stock mount if you choose.
Silicone spray, oil, even window cleaner makes it easier to push rubber grommets in and out.

Yes, but DME Racing exhaust hanger doesn’t seem to have that bracket to insert the rubber grommet.

And they don’t say if they sell the part also for the other side so you can remove passenger pegs.

If you put such an exhaust hanger, for one exhaust, for sure you remove the passenger peg on the other side.

No, when I try to install it they had sent me a Gen 2 by mistake. They are supposed to send the Gen 3 out to me this week

I curious to see it mounted and I am also curious to find out if the tail fairing will stay fine without that pin inserted in the rubber grommet.

There was another member that posted, I think in this thread that put the tail back on without those plugs and it was fine
