changing tires?

here is a tire changing stand I built. just lay 4x4s across the bars and set the wheel in the allthread. the allthread rod is on a floating block so it moves back and forth

Q2's are great tires you will love them. 42 is too high - 36 cold for street riding about right. Don't know what kind of mileage you'll get because I've tracked every set I've had so far. 200's won't fit. 190/55 will but I can't tell any difference.

Would not recommend removing a disk.

I want a no-mar changer....
