personally after relaxing.. i was able to shortly stop the pictures from moving

x2. when I first looked at it i was stressed beyond belief thanks to idiots at ups and tomzwheels on ebay. After taking a few to chill out they slowed and after relaxing more they stopped.

Just pick a spot and stare at it and they will, for the most part, stop moving.

If you really want to measure your stress levels just talk to.... never mind, I might get banned form the board.

stress my arse...those are drawn/colored spefically to known muscle/focus patterns of the human eye.
If what was quoted above were true, I'll bet Kwame Kilpatrick would see spinning tornadoes!

As you look across the image the pattern will appear to "move" ...where as if you stare at a single spot and focus....the image will stop.

oh....and you forget the one...the rotating snakes.
