Chris Green... 15 minutes...

You are correct and incorrect.

Here and your neck of the woods, correct.

Many, many, many other countries you are incorrect.

Can't believe you guys are still haggling about Floyd, another thread with 1,000 posts. You surprise me Bee.
Bee referred to those 1000 posts and Zerks, ever defiant, continues. The Floyd incident is separate from situations in other countries. The death of an unarmed person in police custody can not go ignored.

Depends where you live. If you defend the death of an unarmed person in Russia, Afghanistan, many other places, you have a chance of dying also.

I worked in Saudi for 5 years.

Racism against folks from the Philippines and India.

Two of my drivers stopped at a red light traffic stop, in a brand new pickup. Stationary. Got hit by the popo from behind, they were taken straight to jail. I had to go to the powers who be, (members of the Royal Family) to get them out.

One of our Marketing Managers, guy from Egypt was doing a marketing survey in a store when folks purchased out product. He asked a woman in a Burka what her preference was and was given a jail sentence for 3 months.

You live in your own little cloud Red.

True, but doesn’t change the legality of what happened to Floyd here in the United States. I’m glad Chauvin was convicted. It’s a stark reminder for all law enforcement.

Who's Floyd? The guy we discussed with 1,000 posts four years ago?
Read my post above again, there was a right and a wrong. Right for America, yes, you missed it.

George Floyd. The guy Bee and Zerks are discussing. You keep referring to other countries. I realize you’ve experienced laws in other countries. I haven’t. I’m not harping on Floyd. Thanks to Zerks, it’s the gift that keeps on giving.
We don’t seem be discussing the same thing.

I'm speaking about North America (Canada and the US).....there's no sense talking about other countries where in many cases human lives means absolutely nothing....

I’m gonna start calling you Sheldon. To say ‘you surprise me Bee’ after that sentence is insulting. To say “I’m surprised” is not. See, ‘I’m surprised’ refers to the aforementioned “you guys”. “You surprise me Bee” doesn’t. And where was (anyone) talking about other countries?

Red, LOL.
I was being sarcastic, I know who Floyd is. Exhausted subject post four years ago.
Yes we are discussing America, which I agreed with you and Bee, but mentioned it does not hold for many other countries.

C’mon, this can’t be that hard to understand.

You still getting 24mpg on your Honda?

^^^^^
I think this probably needs consideration, as we are in the year 2024.

Sadly, it appears as if some would believe it is more important to resurrect a 1000 post thread of Floyd four years ago. No one cares about the rest.

32 mpg last time out. So Sheldon, what kind of mileage should I be getting oh sage and soothsayer? Remember it’s a five speed liter sized inline air cooled six with six, count ‘em, six carburetors pushing over 800 pounds. Mileage is under 40K. Used a quart of oil in just under 3,000 miles if that should be factored in.

Sad sad, too many period but far too many by gunfire and car crashes. Vehicular assaults are separate from simple car crashes or pursuits. Was surprised at how few pursuit deaths were listed. Pursuits are hairy and can be very hairy.

It’s not hard to understand. In the conversation, as far as Bee and I were concerned, the location was not a variable. To you, it was.

Are you implying that it was worth the hundreds of thousands of covid deaths to make more billionaires? That's what it sounds like.
The Death industry is a good sized one. From the necessary and vital mortuary business to the end by product of the MIC... Making money off the deaths of people that are innocent as compared to the ones that are key players in action in the exchange of kinetic energy with military weapons... In the 2nd example money, power and resources can feed the biggest egos on the planet if the sales pitch is good enough for the masses to approve of like what happened before the invasion of Iraq in 2003.

9-11 was a gift to those that wrote PNAC that prophesied that a Pearl Harbor like event would be a pivotal way to bring in changes that only a oligarchy would approve of.

Covid was planned... diseases like it in the future will be called Disease X according to the former head of WHO that clearly stated that label as he identified it at the WEF meeting in Davos in front of a group of billionaires. Do I need to show you the video where he says it? Do you consider the former head of WHO to be an insider? What else would he be doing in Davos if he wasn't?

One of the craziest statements I've heard you utter.....

Did you read the post I made at all? If you did, you already found the answer as to your statement.....

The role of the police is not to kill their unarmed, handcuffed suspects....
Well then... Chauvin must have been killing Floyd on purpose. It must have been premeditated a few minutes in advance.

Mid 30’s will be OK in the city. Close to 40 cruising country.

Just excuse me, but I am anal about machinery and mechanical stuff. Age and mileage should not be part of the equation, it either works the way it should, or needs some TLC.

I had one of those back in the day, loved the sound. Mine was naked.

My favorite was a water Buffalo though, the Suzuki 750 GT, two smoke three cylinder.

He probably was, there were several reports of how they both knew each other prior, over several years, and that there was bad blood between them.

I want one of those 750's, and put on a Gsxr front end and better rear shocks.
It's a future project if I can find one at a reasonable price, and preferably in need of work, as I don't want to tear apart one that's in really good shape.

There is a huge cult following in the UK. Guys restore them, meet and ride together.

Anything decent here is pricey. Otherwise they need a lot of work. Parts available on eBay, but could be a challenge.
