That's a NICE bender for it NOT being hydraulic.
You would need the stand for it unless he can fabricate a different style one out of some scrap metal, or mount it to a portable work bench. If you watch the demo video...it looks like he'll need a base that can be achored to the shop floor. The PDF manual shows how it's mounted to the base also.
How about some chrome goodies for the H-D?
* Chrome switch housings, and the new chrome buttons/switches.
* Bike cover for the winter.
* Screamin' Eagle pipes/air cleaner. (don't forget the carb jet kit)
* A blower so that he can keep up with you.
How about a Sear's gift certificate for some tools?
If there's something that he's always wanted to do, but hasn't pursued it, then a gift certificate for that would always be nice. I got one for a discovery flight at the local airport to see what it was like to actually fly an airplane. Be careful though...mine lead to me taking flight lessons and getting my pilot's license...this got pretty expensive.
You could always just offer yourself up to him as his servant/toy for a day. I don't know of any guy that wouldn't like that one.
Good Luck M
