Cleaning tips & tricks?

Does everyone apply the Pledge to a cloth first, or spray directly onto the bike?

As for cleaning tricks, only thing I can contribute is that I use a leaf blower to get most of the water off before trying with a towel.

Just spray it on the bike like any other polish and wipe off with a clean microfiber towel.

I just used pledge all surface cleaner. It worked. I used it on the canisters too. I'm a believer now!! Does regular pledge do any better?

Pledge on plastics, wheels, etc.

I don't see how you can keep your chain that clean. You pledge rims too? Spray on the rim and wipe down? Also what kind of rims are those and are they available off gen 2?

Dedication.:laugh::thumbsup:

It's really funny when people think my bike is new until they see the odometer.:laugh:

Yup, I spray directly on the surfaces that I polish and wipe down.

Here's the link for the wheels.

Glad someone made this post, had a 7 hour drive from where I had picked the bike up from. Had it in the back of the avalanche and it snowed a little here and there so my baby got dirty. Will be removing all the fairings and giving her a clean up inside/out. Imma Honda polish kind of guy so ill try pledge when I run out of polish and need to clean my bike :laugh: I will try the diaper idea, sounds legit! Thanks for the help guys!
