Police said we are still married so no go for charges being placed against her. The worst thing of all is i have her on tape. I hope I can use the tape to my advantage in divorce court. I applied on Tue for a restraining order, DENIED!!!!! Jesus Christ what else can go wrong

You already have her on tape, so you'll be good to go in court.

There's no real way to retaliate. Everything you do, can and will be used against you in a court if it goes that far. The courts always side with the female, atleast in Virginia they do.

The smart thing would be, if you do take matters into your own hands, don't tell a soul what you did. Ever.

controlling wives sucks and most of the men that got married tend to loose their balls so that doesn't help.

i always get a good chuckle when a man is worry about making his life more enjoyable with his own hard earned money because the wife might get mad.

if it's her money then get a job, if it's his money then f#ck the wife because life is too short to be walking on egg shell. plus if the wife really love and care about her man, she should just be happy that he's happy.

wow sounds like you live in pa!!! Cops are always on the girls side,F the bitches, it sucks now but in one year from now things will be all better and the bus will be still sweet!!!

Well man, I honestly can relate to what your going thru.  I can offer you ton's and ton's of advice if you wanna call PM me for the #.  Ref the bike.  Insurance claim will go thru if you tell them it happened while it was parked.  You wouldnt be lying.  They wont cover it if you tell them the wife did it.

It is not illegal to destroy one's own property.  Community property is what that falls under....  
You cant get a restraining order because she didnt threatin or harm a human being.  It's the way the law is written.  Destruction of property constitutes mental angish not violence towards a person.  She actually can destroy every item in the house and theres not shytt you can do about it but complain.  If you touch her your fukked.

When it comes time for division of assests she will not be able to justify why she's intitled to a portion of it's value since she destroyed it.  Take photos they will help you tremendously.  

START A JOURNAL.  LOG THE DATE, TIME AND EXACT WORDS, COMMENTS, and notations every day you have to deal with something.  Harrasement etc.  Theres nothing funnier than going into D-court and have the judge ask what happened to bring you here and you open 6 3-ringged binders with notes, ledgers and photos, and you say Uhem, where do you want me to start.

It will lend into your favor so much you wont believe.  Words go in the judges left ear and out the right.  They hear it everyday.  NOTES are documented heresay and man it' has weight.  Get a copy of police reports too.

Also beatch up.  Dial the popo every fuggin time she does something.  Get a report filed and attempt to file the charges each time.  Just more ammunition when you go.

There's nothing more worth smiling about thinking about the anger that person goes thru every month when their writing you a check!

Depends on where you live... In Georgia it's prosecutable... If a man or woman destroys the house or a vehicle, or anything else during a domestic dispute they can be arrested for Criminal Trespass or Criminal Damage depending on the dollar amount of damage. It flies in court as well...
