Thanks for the info...I'm still here, she still has a 101 temp, she refuses to eat and they are constantly draining her nose. Her oxygen level keeps dipping below 90 setting off this damn alarm. Nothing to do but surf the internet...I got into the nurses' wireless network, they have the password key written on the file cabinet at their station...hehe.I just said a prayer for her my friend....
I just spoke with my wife at work (she an RN- at work today). She works in pediatrics (as well as post operative for new moms and womens surgeries)- she said it something the little ones sometimes get- she said as long as you caught it early and got her in there, she'll be in good hands- it is very treatable....our medicines and knowledge of how to take care of things like this have come a long way- BUT most of all, you are right on the mark with letting the good folks here know about it. We do believe in prayer and that God hears them, so do your part and God will too-- I hope she recovers quickly and gets home soon--- you know she's got to get home soon...SAMTA is coming!!!
I know I've seen him posting here on the board.....
I got home about an hour ago, swapped out with my wife for the night so I can watch my other daughter. She is taking fluids and not throwing it up thankfully, still at 101 fever, very lethargic. Our family doc came in around 7pm, said he wants to keep her there until Tuesday...So, how is she doing? Need an update bro
