Sounds like pipe offered an excellent solution to both problems....no arm, no refund; no refund, no arm. Just take him up on his "middle man" offer and be done with it. Everything else is water under the bridge now...........

because i've worked with him several times lately and he will tell you what you want to hear, like i'll refund your money tomorrow and everything seems great but then that day comes and no refund and won't answer the calls. also did this about the initial shipping three times. he's saying he was out of town when he wasn't so it's just more lies, and i'm tired of it.

Contact paypal and file a claim.... But they aint gonna do anything till you send the arm back. I wouldnt give money back till the arm gets in the mail......
All I know is from both parties involved... One is trying to get his money back and the board threw out support for a fellow member to fix a problem. other wants his arm back,but is Leary to refund the money without the arm fist. Well don't you think the board would turn around and back you for not receiving your arm back?

pipe, if you are up for the challenge i'll ship the arm first thing in the morning to you. just pm me an address. But i highly doubt it will go well. the only reason i hesitate is i hate for a third party to get screwed out of his time and effort over this deal. I have emailed as fstr1 requested and called no response from either so i'm not sure how you will get ahold of him. but if you still want to i would greatly appreciate it.
It's easy to see what's going on. Let's hope he mans up.
Just wait and make sure that fst is willing to do so before shipping. Then we could all work together to get a time down and place that we could meet and exchange the goods. Huntington Mall would be fine on my Pipe's end if it is for him.
Fst must understand that Pipe will only accept cash to make sure no funny business is involved.
Not saying that he would; just protecting myself also.
Also Jon, if something did go wrong are you willing to reimburse Pipe for shipping back to you? Or you could sell and Pipe ship to the new buyer.
Just can't afford to sit on the swingarm or pay 20-30 to reship.
