its not a "trick". No difference than waiting for a check or a deposit to clear.

It very clear if a notification is sent, the guy has paid the cash back...cut him some slack.

ok it's 6:00 a.m. i just got home and the money has cleared into my account. And the swingarm is very nice, the chrome is very smooth and shiny. awesome piece, my only problem is that it is not for an 08'. but any other year this would be great. I can ship it back in a couple hours, or if there is a buyer i am willing to ship with fstr1's permisson. Or if he wants i can hold it a couple days to see if someone here wants it.
