(KanjiBusa @ Nov. 01 2006,12:41) being 21 with an 06 busa! you better believe i have insurance, through state farm with full coverage and a 250 deductible. i only fork out 76 a month  beerchug.gif
that kinda sounds to good to be true  rock.gif
I have full coverage and I pay about $50 a month.

i have full coverage with state farm because i want the piece of mind in case it is stolen or i go down, i don't claim for every little thing...besides it only costs me $392.39/year with a $500 deductible...at that rate, i would be stupid not to

insurance is law over here in the uk

i used to get the cheapest cover but had a rsv mille hit by a lorry while parked up and they refused to pay out.
since then i pay the extra and get full coverage on everything.

(Sloto200 @ Nov. 01 2006,08:13) Full coverage with USAA... the only way to go!  I've worked to hard and waited way to long to not have a bike after the terrible event of an accident or if it got stolen...  Plus it was manditory by the credit union cause they still own it!
USAA Freaking Rocks...  I'm heading back to my house later today in fact to sign our Re-Fi through USAA.   mad.gif   Wife won't let me spend the $$$ were pulling out to buy a car though...  I tried to explain that paying cash for a new M3 is really a sound investment...  She's not buying it.

Bah.

USAA was a champ through this process though, we contacted them on the 12th of October, and we close today.

Anyway, Full Coverage, all the time, always have. USAA has fair rates so why not.  To me, it's worth the financial peace of mind.
+1

I have USAA as well.. Great Service.. super.gif

state farm full coverage. I own the bike, but my brothers bike was stolen. Don't want any part of that.

Drive insurance, full covereage, paid cash.

I have to protect my investment!!! You wouldnt have your kids with no medical coverage, right rock.gif

Funny thing is, when I went down I didnt claim anything.

Felt better fixing it all myself!!!

Full cov. High deduct. Got it just incase, and can afford the high deduct. Low premium w/Statefarm.

I paid cash for my Street Princess, also~
In Florida a motorcycle is concidered a recreation vehicle and you don't have  to keep it insured unless a finacial institutions requires it to protect their investment~ That being said...
I do keep full coverage on my Street Princess~ Mostly because of thievin' bastids and any damage caused by arsehole cagers~ Brenda's bike (Bob) is also financed, so we do have  to have it on hers~ With both of us.. let's just say... ummmm, up in and/or over our 30's, we get a pretty good rate from State Farm~ cool.gif

I have (had) full coverage on mine...as a matter of fact, I put insurance on my insurance... SHOCKED.gif

Glad I did....same bike stolen 2 times...

Full coverage, average deductible.

I bought mine with cash but feel that this expensive of an investment needs insurance. (06 LE) I'll pay the extra money. You never know what will happen.

Hell, every vehicle I own (4 of them) has full coverage and only one has a leinholder.

Paid for mine in a 2 years, but still have full coverage insurance, had one stolen a few years back so I will always have insurance.

Liability! I own my bike and spend my money on gas! + price was so high in under 2 years of paying the insurance i would have laid out the same amount i paid for the bike .

Liability only. Bought the bike out right. Four years of full coverage adds up to what I paid for the bike new. Total loss my '78 Kawi in '78. Rebuilt it myself with $600.00 in parts and some help from a few friends. beerchug.gif

None of the above, own my bike clear, BUT for $189 every 6mos and in Flirida it cpver track days. that's with $550 Ded. how can i not have it.

My bike is paid off and I do have full coverage. After my wreck, I will always keep the bike insured fully. Medical bills, Ouch!!!!! Fixing A busa back up, Ouch Ouch!!!
