My engine oil is flooding my air box. It seem like it keep pumping oil into the air box. I try install oil catch tank but it still flood it and oil been spill from there. I try install better piston ring but still has the same problem occur. How? Does anyone encounter this problem? Pls help.:please:

I'm not an expert, but I don't think the piston rings would have anything to do with that.
If the rings were bad, you'd be burning oil not blowing it in the airbox
I bet its coming in through one of the vacuum lines

Just to be clear here are the fill levels. When you say correct amout are you following this table? Just want to make sure you eliminate this as a cause.

It's common to have oil get into the airbox of a ZX-14. Not enough to actually cause an oil consumption problem, I don't think but I saw oil in my airbox. There is a tube that drains any kind of liquid from the airbox on a 14. I would imagine the busa has a similar drain tube.

I really am getting a busa (this week). Honest. Sorry all I have to post is 14 info but I hope it helps.

It's blow by coming up through the crankcase vent line. How much are we talking about in the box?

Blow by..i agree. Common for bikes to vent the crankcase thru the air filter. I would change your oil and run it 50 miles or so and then change oil again.

Yesh bro. It from the crankcase vent line into the air box. I have block off the connection to the air box and divert to a oil catch tank with a filter for the exit. But now the oil is getting so much that it also flood my oil catch tank. Every riding trip the engine oil is getting lesser and lesser. I have to top up daily due to the loss. Quite a headache. Make sure you air intakes are not blocked in any way ............. will make motor draw from next available source ............... which will be crank case vent. :beerchug: But on second read if you have re directed hose to catch tank won't be your problem............. sounds like crankcase is pressurising for some reason
Bad compression rings will do it ? As oil control rings will still control oil but still let compression into crankcase

Oil should not be checked with bike running........sounds like an overfill issue..or you are getting blow-by which I doubt. The hayabusa takes 4 US quarts nothing more.
