Does anyone encounter this problem?

OB_Boss. U are almost there. :beerchug: I have already replace my compression ring. But still there is oil exit from my oil catch tank outlet. Seem like my crank case is builting a lot pressure that force the oil to flow up to my oil catch tank exit.. That is consider very high pressure. Sad.. Is there any causes to create this pressure. Very headache to troubleshoot!!

Nitezspeed you need to do a leak down test ............. would have done one before replacing rings ? This if it comes up ok will eliminate blow by as the culprit. After that it can only be engine not venting correctly or excessive oil foaming due to brand - level etc ?
Process of elimination sadly ............... but basically if it's not compression building the excess pressure then it really can only be pressure build up due to heat expansion which correct engine venting should control ? One will ask here do you ride around on the rear wheel a lot ? lol

OB_Boss, Leak test was done on a dyna machine. once running at high rpm and top speed. We could start seeing the oil start flowing up to the oil catch tank and flood agian.
Rings have been replace, brand is good oil and level is check. But engine venting is locate which part? U are not talking about the Crank case venting right?

Really thanks everyone for their effort in suggestion. Thanks.
