Good full set of knives.

My kitchen gadget wish list includes a can opener that works and doesn't break down after a few uses!

BTW I am a kitchen gadget freak ! Cook on my brothers and sisters!

Good question, I have a lot of toys in the kitchen, and as soon as i get something new i have ot use it.. But I can narrow it down to 2.. My set of Henkil knives, and my Lodge cast iron cook ware set.. Nothing like cast iron to make food taste good.. Oh an i have a real pickel crock from the 1800's
