Dont laugh... what is your fav kitchen device?

Has to be my great big ole' non-stick skillet!

+1 I have one I use exclusively. I clean/dry it after every time and put it back where it goes. It does not go in the dish drain or the dishwasher.

Rule is NO metal or hard utinsils used on my pan...only wood.

I love my skillets, nothing is better than cast iron. But I also really like my griddle, pancakes are a breeze every Sunday morning. I love to cook and my wife loves that I love to cook. We now have a Lazy Susan, those are awesome! My wish list includes a Kitchen Aide Mixer and one of those single cup coffee makers, forgot the brand.

Keurig

(and get the cheaper one, all the bells and whistles are a waste, well at least for my kitchen.. also, they have an insert that lets you use your own coffee grind :agree: )

Thats the one! I really like those things. Sometimes I want coffee, but I dont want a whole pot and you have to set it up whether you want 4 cups or 12. :banghead:

and the 4 cup thing never tastes right to me... they make great tea too.. the tea things last 3 or 4 cups.. coffee? 1 shot...

COME on OVER!! I make some pretty mean hot dogs and mac and cheese too

(You should have seen the look on the Le Creuset salesman's face when I told him I like the grill pan because it puts the nice grill marks on my hot dogs .. he thought I was kidding!)

The nerve - the guy obviously has NO class!

...so - what time you want us for dinner?..... :;):

when im in my kitchen at the sink i look out the window and can see the next door neighbors niece(who is 18) getting ready for bed...she has to know her window and mine are like 5 feet apart, and yet she never closes the blinds...i have changed my doing dish's time and she always seems to be in there no matter what time of day it is...maybe she just likes to run around
so I have to say now my favorite thing is the hand towels:rofl: and i can use anouther lotion dispenser:laugh:

I don't know that I can choose just one...I have a fabulous set of Wustoff knives. Then there's my stainless Calphalon - I'll never own non-stick again if given the choice. I also have a professional Kichenaid mixer with several accessories - I use it at least once a week. I also got a food processor last Xmas and don't know how I cooked without it.
