Darrell, any update? I talked to my Lawyer friend. He said the only thing to concentrate on right now is getting better. He also said they don't have to give any statements to the other ins. co. And the bike damages can be settle seperatly from the medical. They have 2 yrs. to handle the medical end of it.

John (the attorney) said they can call him to talk for FREE. His # is 317 631-5151. They do handle injury cases out of town and out of state.

WOW, I hope all turns out well. Prayers sent.. I really get mad when I hear stuff like this. I was hit by a cager and the dude was never found...20+ years ago.. I'm still not over it... I think if a cager causes a wreck with injuries they should lose their lic. for a few years..

As far as i know his insurance guy and the lawyer both seen it on TV last night and called allready to get things rolling.
