Dyno results!!!

Wow! I'm gonna need to subscribe to this thread and see where it leads. Kinda like a soap opera for men " As The NOS Burns"

Well the test is going to have to wait. I spun a bearing in my 08 yesterday at the track. I'm running a flat oil pan with a swivel pickup and the damn thing came apart. Piece of $%&*&%%*$#^&%$^&*%$&*!@#%$&* swivel pickup! Oh well. I wanted to get my head done anyway. So it will probably be a 1441 when I go back together with it with the wet kit but I will still do this test when I get it back together.

Be patient toxsick! And if you haven't bought your spraybar yet I'll make you a killer deal on the new one.

That sucks man!! Alot of the guys around here who have had that problem run the Falicon oil pan baffle and it seems to prevent it pretty well. I have one unopened in the box if anybody is interested. I'm going dry sump so its no good to me

I only got to make 2 pass's on it. First pass was a 9.22 and the second pass was a 9.17. And I haven't even sprayed the full shot yet. Not bad for a 225lb rider.

a pan baffle doesn't help with the swivel pickups. I've seen problems with the swivel pickups that even have the dual o-ring seals.

It came apart right where it swivels at the base. Looks like the dowel pin that holds it in came out. It doesn't show any sign of it being broken. Just looked like I got lucky to find one someone didn't pay that close attention too when they assymbled it. You better believe from now on any of the oil pans I install in the future will be inspected. I'm even going to call all the ones I installed this pan on before to bring them back just to check. The bike only has 500+ miles on it and I've only made 3 pass's since I had it.

Oh well. I'll be sending my head and cams to Lee this week. Lee Shierts came down to hang with me this weekend and we had a blast so it wasn't a total bust for me. He always takes care of me when I got to NC so it was good to repay him back for a change. He wouldn't let me pay for breakfast though.

what do you want for the oil pan. how low is it, im not to familar with that style. I have a 04 busa track bike and i need to get a lowered pan for it.

I'm sending it back to them for a new one. We are going to see if they will stand behind it since it was the cause of my bike going to crap. I haven't posted their name yet so I can give them a chance to make it right.

completely from left field but who did your arm? I want to get one made and have been shopping around.....
