So I have several accounts with J2 Communications. These are the people that bring you eFax, eVoice, and several other internet based data services. After going round and round with their people overseas, I was at the point that I was going to cancel my services with them.
But today I spoke to a nice girl that told me that in May they will be bringing customer service back to the United States. And to that I say AMEN. I wish more companies understood that call centers overseas may save $$$ now, it costs them in the long run.
