Finally got undertail installed

Hello been lurkin around in here and thought i would post because i got a ? i am waiting for the 05 busa. How louds is the d and d exhaust on the busa

Welcome to the board. The D and D bolt-ons I think sound pretty good. They are louder than stock and has a nice growl to them. I haven't heard anyother exhaust on a busa so I can't really compare. I am now looking at the HMF dual high mount exhaust. I would recommend getting a full system in the beginning, instead of bolt ons. Most people get them for sound only, which I did the same. But now I am looking into performance and need to get a full system. So if you look for performance, save yourself the time and money, and go ahead and get the full system. Again welcome to the board.

Thanks, You might as well go ahead and do it. It took me so long because I didn't want to cut on a new bike. But now that I done it; it wasn't so bad.

Looks great....now I want one too.
Only suggestion is to remove those ugly stock frame stickers (it is surprising how big of a difference it makes and anyone who is going to adjust the valves is not going to need to look at a sticker on the frame to tell the clearances!)

I thought about that when I was removing the other stickers, I know I didn't want to touch the one on the frame with the VIN, but maybe someday, I'll get around and take those off also. Thanks. Also, your too observant.
