Hey guys , I always wanted the elusive Brembo upgrade for my bike and I finally managed to get around it over the past weekend.
The parts I ordered were as follows : ( Ordered from Tim. Highly recommended for any parts purchases. Despite being an overseas customer things went out smoothly and according to schedule apart . Thanks Tim )
1. Brembo M/C RSC19
2. Brembo Brake reservoir kit.
3. Brembo HP calipers ( already running braided lines f/r)
4. Galfer wave rotors ( front / rear)
5 Supersprox ( already had a new chain and stock front sprox)
6. Speedo healer.
Overall the build went smoothly. Although I did run into trouble with the m/c touching the plastic next to the meters on full lock. A little grinding on the handle and the issue was solved. Pics follow. overall a fun project.
Now coming to the braking , I do feel that the bite has increased with less lever travel though I am waiting for a few 100 kms before the brakes properly bed in to see the actual performance of the brembos. cheers for now. ride safe.
