First 9 sec run

I can end this debate, even if blipping were as fast as air shift, every time you back out of the gas to blip you lose momentem. the gas stays pind with the air shift:poke: end of story
 
LOL ya the gas stays pinned but it still kills the motor to make the shift:rofl: I can foot shift my bike as fast as my airshifter can:moon::laugh: And no there is nothing wrong with my airshifter.

devective equipment, on the bike and you foot? lousy luck:laugh:
 
I think I dropped ET by the ability to launch much harder, more gearing, and not worry about hitting the limiter on the 1-2 shift.
If I was to go back to the 16-40 or even 42t then my air shifter would not net much improvement. Add some more gear if you are not at the top of 5th in the 1/4 mile and then try that blip stuff, lol. Might be a reason that anyone who races frequently uses one. Last time I checked, bracket racers were not the only ones to use air/co2 shifters. If you could be just as fast then, I would hope Grudge racers would put the front brake calipers, rear brakes (some), etc... back on that they take off to lower the weight and blip the throttle instead of adding the extra weight of an air system. Sure could save some weight if I did not need a kill box, Co2 tank, shifter assy, wiring, etc... See you all later, got to go remove this stuff so I can go back to blipping!:rofl::rofl::rofl:

I prefer it because swinging my leg around for the 1-2 shift is a real PITA. Not having to worry about that allows me to focus on all the rest of the things I do wrong......

He has put a 0-6 arm on it this winter, and he is carrying a few more lbs than you are.....
We are about the same size, and have battled back and forth for a few years now. I showed him my :moon: this year, so he needed an arm to get some revenge!
All I'm gonna say is he better bring it!

ME nether, I hope to break into the five"s this summer,but then I"ve been hoping to do that for, like, uuuuhhh:whistle:
 
Stock motor little more compression, head cleaned up, sidewinder, shifter, 6 over is my setup. I weigh 260 in street clothes. Best time of 6.17. Bike went 5.99 with a light rider in 3 passes....
You can get there.
 
Brown and I have gone back and forth in the past years, but i got tired of bringing a knife to a gunfight.

Short bike on spray is fun as hell to ride, but not exactly set up for the best et.......

Short shift first, spray, short shift second and then skim the front tire about 4 inches off the ground till about 550 ft:laugh:

It kept getting quicker each time so I stuck with it. Few more mods will get me where I need to be.
Took me a few years to catch you, but now who is who's bit(h?:rofl:
