First ticket

I hear this all the time from the board memebers out side of CA but never from any one in CA. I just paided my 95 in a 70 ticket on line for $280. Never saw a judge or lawyer. Why does everyone go get a lwayer, are lawyers cheaper outside of CA?

In Mo, a lawyer turns a speeding ticket into a parking ticket.  No points on the drivers license.  Nothing for the insurance company to find.

My last was 77/55.  I have had a few over 80 without problems.  

NCpanther was it in Cumberland county?  It will probably be worth your time to get a lawyer.  Works like a champ for me so far.

Huh...you got a speeding ticket for getting off your bike, removing your helmet and walking into a store?

Did you have a kilo strapped to the passenger seat or something?

no he said he was trying to catch up to me so the time i took to get off, take off my helmet and walk to the store is how long it took him to get to me.. and i plead the 5th on the kilo
