Well I just took it for a right and proper 'product knowledge' test ride. What a frickin ripper!
The car moves, just flat out motivates. But traditional torque steer is def noticeable once it starts to put the power to the ground. Under power you can feel it delivering most power to the right front wheel which makes it difficult to keep straight.

Awd would be nicer. No moonroof no nav you're $1500 better.
And if you just want a base one no need for St2 package, drop another $2500.
So base ripper price is $24k. It's a different kind of power delivery obviously but I think it would be right next to a Mustang Gt? Maybe? 270lbs of torque and a lighter car? Ford does make many awd cars. I think it's only a matter of time before this one is available in it.

$for$ the veloster turbo is similar in performance, has a whole lot more tech and standard features, gets 30-38 mpg and has a killer warranty and better resale value.

You got me on that. I was just poking fun at you, I drive a GMC but it's the first American car I have owned!
