was thinking the same thing...but I have seen Gen IIs sell for close to that price.

Don't think so, the bike is scuffed on the left side. If you are looking for a perfect bike, at a min the left fairing, alt. cover, and left can. Those pieces alone would cost well over 1K new. Nice bike sure, but there are perfect bikes out there for 7 or so.
